Why Work With Me?

✨ My Experience & Approach I bring over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and families in both personal and professional settings. My approach is rooted in deep presence, intuitive guidance, and a commitment to co-creating spaces that are nurturing, respectful, and empowering.

I began my journey as a dedicated caregiver, working as a professional nanny where I was holding space for young children with attentiveness, creativity, and care. Much of my work in these early years was with neurodivergent children, offering support that was individualized, attuned, and deeply relational. During this time, I also supported families through court-ordered supervised visitations, where I learned to navigate complex emotional environments with neutrality, empathy, and strong boundaries.

Later, I transitioned into project management, where I developed the organizational and leadership skills that now support my ability to hold both structure and spaciousness in the work I do.

Eventually, I supported opening an Agile Learning Center an alternative education model focused on self-direction, emotional intelligence, and community-based learning. I went on to work as a facilitator and director, primarily with preteens and teens, many of whom were also neurodivergent. I focused on creating spaces where young people could explore who they are, process challenges, and build confidence in their voices and choices.

For four years, I taught sexual education to preteens and teens in a co-ed, circle-based format  offering accessible, grounded information in a compassionate, inclusive space where kids could feel safe, seen, and respected.

I also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and have experience teaching yoga with a focus on nervous system support and somatic awareness an influence that now weaves into all of my facilitation.

Alongside this, I’ve done extensive research on the menstrual cycle, emotional regulation, and nervous system support. I’ve journaled and practiced cycle awareness for years and for the past six years, this has become a daily personal practice that informs all of my work.As a creator and storyteller, I’ve also self-published multiple guided journals including a comprehensive menstrual cycle journal, a Wheel of the Year journal, and others centered on reflection and ritual. In addition, I’ve written and published a couple of children’s books and coloring books that weave in themes of nature, emotional awareness, and creativity.

Whether I’m guiding a parent–child menstrual connection class, working one-on-one with an adult navigating emotional overwhelm, or holding space for a teen, I show up with grounded compassion, clear structure, and a deep belief in our capacity to heal and grow when we’re truly held.
